File downloading. Do you have a slow internet connection, but need to download some large files? We will download your files for you! You can pick them up for $10 per CD or $20 per DVD. Delivery in our local service area is $8 extra, or contact us if you would prefer mail delivery.
Maintenance and repairs. Our low price guarantee is $35 maximum labor charge on old systems. We make house calls to pick up and deliver, with rates starting at $8 for our local service area.

System configuration. Are you too busy or too intimidated to install new software or configure new hardware? We will do it for you; or, if you prefer, we will show you how! Our standard fee is $17 per hour for tasks such as setting up internet connection sharing, configuring a new printer, or installing new software.
Computer training. One-on-one computer training is $17 per hour, for both Windows and Linux/Unix systems. Your choice of topics, ranging from the simple to the sublime. We also have a Beginner's Computer Package, which makes a great gift for your technologically-resistant friends and family members.
