Beginner's computer training

We have a special training package designed for the novice computer user. This is an ideal gift for an adult friend or relative who has an interest in computers and the Internet but little previous computer experience.

General package details. For all beginning users, the standard $45 Beginner's Computer Package includes three hours of hands-on computer and web training in:

Computer set up and operation.
Using a word processor.
Using email.
Searching the web.
Online shopping.
Viewing and sharing photos.

As a follow up regarding the subjects covered in the basic training, this package includes an additional two hours of on-site assistance within the next two weeks, if needed. Moreover, the package includes five hours of free telephone support over the next 90 days, and unlimited free email support for six months.

Computer purchase assistance option. The Beginner's Computer Package is an excellent training opportunity, both for those who already own a computer, and for those looking to acquire their first system. For $10 extra, those interested in purchasing a computer system will receive:

Advice in choosing a computer.
Assistance in ordering the new computer.
Help in subscribing to an ISP for web access.

Without computer purchase advice: $45, plus one on-site service charge.
With computer purchase advice: $55, plus one on-site service charge.
